Colishay Advanced Support
This email and web support package offers you an economical way to provide assistance for your end users. This package is only available during regular business hours. However, your users have access to the customized knowledge base and FAQ's around the clock. This is a great option for those businesses that want to provide professional support, but don't want to incur the costs associated with the Colishay Premier Package. Colishay Standard Support
This support option is included with every Colishay product sold. Your designated staff members get unlimited email and web-based support for the product. We do not support end users with this support package. Emails are answered during regular business hours.

Email Support is always free with all Colishay equipment
